Kind bars are my new go-to for a quick snack or breakfast on the run. They’re absolutely delicious and pretty healthy—my favorite almond cashew bar has 150 calories, 4 grams of fiber and less than 10 ingredients, all of which I can pronounce. Many of the bars also contain vitamins and Omega-3, and let’s just say I’ll take the extra brain power wherever I can get it. I also like the almond coconut and the nut delight. I may or may not have cleaned out my local grocery store’s supply of them this weekend (sorry shoppers at Superfresh in Towson).
P.S. Founder Daniel Lubetzky was recently named one of TIME Magazine’s “25 Responsibility Pioneers” and one of “America’s Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs” by BusinessWeek. Now that’s a brand I can get behind.
