The Filling Station in the Chelsea Market is a foodie mecca. They have dozens of varieties of olive oil, vinegar and salt, which they gladly let you sample with little paper cups and spoons. It’s just a tiny corner stall of a store, but I would happily spend hours looking at their clean packaging and sampling their white truffle salt, avocado and lemon oils, and 18-year aged balsamic. My only advice: bring a glass of water if you want to try the ghost pepper salt. xo
