It seems like winter is when I cook the most—I’m inside more and looking for an excuse to stand in front of a warm stove.  Lately I’ve gotten bored with our usual recipe repertoire, so when I ran into the Pioneer Woman’s website I was tickled pink. She has tons of easy, yummy recipe ideas with step-by-step instructions and photos that are perfect for a nervous nelly like me. So far I’ve tried the goat cheese with fresh dill and paprika, the leftover quesadilla and the chicken parmigiana, and they were all delicious. Now I’ve got my eye on the asian noodle salad and bronzed sea bass with lemon shallot butter (which I think I might make for Valentine’s Day). Take a look; I guarantee you’ll find something you love.
